A few days before your event we will contact you to discuss delivery and collection times. In general, we deliver from 12pm on the day of hire and collect before 12pm the following day, or the day when your hire ends.
We wipe down or spray, depending on the surface, all items with an antibacterial cleaner.
Yes, we have Public Liability insurance. Further details are available upon request. However, we would like to make clear that due diligence, adherence to our terms and conditions and common sense should be upheld by the Hirer to ensure a safe event.

 

 

Booking FAQs

 

On each of our product pages you can fill in a simple enquiry form. We will review, contact you should we need to, then confirm availability and the price. If you wish to make a booking we then issue an invoice. Your date will be reserved for 2 days but if payment is not received within these 2 days we will remove your reservation.

Our payment schedule is;

  • 50% payable upon confirmation of your booking. This includes a 15% non-refundable deposit.
  • 50% payment due 5 days before the event.

A security deposit will be collected up to 5 days before the event. The value will be shown on your invoice and is dependent upon the value of the goods being supplied.

We will contact you to take credit or debit card details which will be securely held. We will pre-authorise the value which means we don’t make a charge to your card but reserve the right to do so.

The deposit is held against the safe and prompt return of the goods under hire. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

  • Up to 30 days before event: No charge, but you will lose your 15% non-refundable deposit.
  • Between 5 and 29 days before event: 50% of the invoice price will be charged.
  • 4 days or less before event: 100% of the invoice price will be charged.

 

 

Silent Disco FAQs

 

"Plug and Play" technology makes it very simple to set-up and use. Just plug your audio device into a transmitter (cables and adapters provided) and play your favourite tunes. The wireless headphones then act as receivers for the signals produced by the transmitters. Setup instructions are provided.
Pretty much anything! The transmitters come with a 3.5mm headphone jack and cable which fits most devices. We also provide adapters to assist with connecting Apple devices (with lightning connections), Android / Smart devices with USB Type C connections (not compatible with Google Pixel device, Samsung s20 or s21), 3.5mm to 6.3mm jack convertor, and RCO phono sockets.
Yes and we recommend from ages 5+. You can control the “master volume” by turning down the volume on the audio device connected to the audio input of the transmitter. This means that the maximum volume any set of headphones can receive is limited. Over-Ear wireless headphones are also used to play children stories during meal times or video games and movies without disturbing other people in the same room.
The headsets are delivered fully charged and ready to go and typically last up to 8-10 hours.
Yes, anything that you could normally listen to from your audio device on headphones or speakers can be connected to the transmitter. Make sure there is a reliable wifi connection for live streaming, or download the playlist to your local device to avoid the risk of disconnection.
In an ideal environment, without obstructions, the transmitters offer a range of 100-150m.
We provide RCA/phono cables which can be connected into the back of most DJ controllers.

Disco Lights FAQs

 

Only the small uplighters are water resistant and can be kept outside. All the other lights are not water resistant and can cause serious injury to you, and damage to the equipment, if exposed to any form of water or moisture.
We will set up the lights on delivery and also provide detailed instructions.
